Shipping Methods
GLUUM Research ships research-use-only products within the United States. For temperature-sensitive compounds, orders are packed using cold-pack handling and shipped by expedited carrier service. Tracking is sent by email once the shipment is tendered to the carrier.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2 p.m. PT, Monday through Friday, are prepared for same-business-day dispatch when inventory, payment status, and operational conditions allow. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on federal holidays ship on the next available business day.
Temperature-Sensitive Shipments
Temperature-sensitive products are packed with cold-pack materials intended to support product stability during standard carrier transit. Cold-pack handling does not make GLUUM responsible for carrier delays, weather events, delivery exceptions, or recipient unavailability after tender to the carrier.
U.S. Shipping Only
GLUUM Research currently ships within the United States only. International orders are not available at this time.
P.O. Boxes
FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. boxes. If a P.O. box is provided, the order may require an alternate carrier or a physical delivery address before fulfillment.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders over $250 unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delays
Carrier delays can occur due to weather, holidays, operational disruptions, address issues, or recipient availability. If tracking indicates a delivery issue, contact GLUUM Research with your order number and we will help review the shipment status.
Damaged or Compromised Shipments
If an order arrives visibly damaged, broken, or compromised, contact research@gluumco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photographs of the package and contents, and a short description of the issue.
