Order Tracking

Use your order number and checkout email to request the latest status. If you cannot locate your order number, contact GLUUM with your name, checkout email, and approximate order date.

Shipment Issues

For damaged, incorrect, delayed, or compromised shipments, include your order number and photographs where applicable. Shipment claims are reviewed under the Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Batch Documentation

For COA or batch questions, include the product name and batch identifier. Current batch documentation is available through the Lab Results portal where applicable.
