GLUUM support is designed for order, fulfillment, documentation, and account questions tied to research-use-only purchases.
Orders are reviewed and processed during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm PT. Processing times can vary during launches, restocks, or compliance review.
Support can help with order status, tracking updates, delivery exceptions, address corrections before fulfillment, and carrier handoff questions.
Support can direct purchasers to published COAs, batch references, policies, and account/order records.
