Before You Contact Support

To help us respond quickly, include your order number, checkout email, product name, batch identifier where applicable, photographs if there is visible damage, and a clear description of the issue.

Order Status

If your order has been submitted, use the Order Tracking page with your order number and checkout email. If you cannot locate your order number, email GLUUM with your name and approximate order date.

Shipment Issues

For delayed, damaged, incorrect, compromised, or missing shipments, contact us as soon as possible. Claims are reviewed under the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Batch or COA Questions

For questions about a Certificate of Analysis or batch identifier, include the product name and batch number. Current batch documentation is available through the Lab Results portal where applicable.

Support Boundaries

GLUUM cannot provide dosing, reconstitution, administration, application, medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, human-use, or veterinary-use guidance.
